Sheldon Paul, M.D.
Dr. Paul, MD, FACOG, is a native Las Vegan and 2nd generation Nevadan. He attended University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed his residency in 2000 at University Medical Center in Las Vegas. He spent 9 years in private practice before joining WHASN in the very early stages. He has been involved in many leadership roles inside the medical community, including advisory positions and department chair at several hospitals. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 children, as well as scuba diving and off road racing.
John S. Kelley, M.D.
Dr. Kelley is married and the proud father of three children. An avid sportsman, he has a love for cycling, weight lifting, fishing and team sports. Dr. Kelley brings a strong commitment to health and well-being to his practice.

While his greatest joy is providing prenatal care and delivering healthy babies, he also performs a wide variety of gynecological services and procedures as well. Dr. Kelley has expertise in the performance of minimally invasive gynecological surgery.

Charlene Hanna-Manfull, CNM, WHNP-BC, APRN
Charlene was born and raised in Ohio where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degree from The Ohio State University. She began her career as a certified nurse midwife and women's health nurse practitioner in Las Vegas in 2008. Over her years of practice she thoroughly enjoys the relationships she has built with women while providing care throughout the lifespan. She is also an advocate for family centered care in pregnancy and strives to assist in the best birth experience possible for those she cares for. In her spare time Charlene enjoys staying active with her husband and three dogs, crossfit and is an avid scuba diver.

Nechama enjoys caring for women through all ages and stages of life. She received her Master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University. She has a great passion for caring for families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She believes in empowering women to be active participants in their healthcare. When Nechama is not working, she likes traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

A California native, Julia joined the WHASN family after graduating from Touro University California with a dual Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health. She previously competed her OB/GYN clinicals at WHASN, where her love for women's health grew exponentially. In her spare time, Julia enjoys boxing classes and going to the movies with her family.
